Bridging the gap between the designer and the developer

Programmer: He is a technically savvy guy; he knows what Boolean logic is and deals with it. He programs in C, knows Java, hates Visual Basic and can write an OS core, if given the time… He is happy with OOP, loves designing classes and interfaces…

Designer: He comes from an Art school, has spent 5 years discovering his creative spirit. He loves searching for a great color combination, spends his free time drawing  sketches in the park. He is interested in typography and photography, and loves reading books about advertising techniques…

UX/QA: He has studied usability and software bla bla in university, overestimates user expectations and despises the current Web State…

Manager: - well… //TODO

Can you get these guys in a team? Can you force them to create a great website?

You need {Untitled} guy, who:

• Understands the designer concept and implements it well
• Prepares the user interface artifacts in a form acceptable by the programmer.
• Has spoken with the UX, and has thoroughly examined the user expectations
• Understands the project specifications, and gives a damn about the Business Logic
• Is creative when it comes to defining and bullet proofing the workflow (yeah, there is no app without an workflow…)
• Being the all around guy, the best team player, since he interacts with everyone to do his job (A good communication skill you should have, young paduan…)
